TRAINING BACKGROUND:

Brian is leading the way as a visionary pioneer of Natural Fitness and Holistic Health. He graduated the University of Wyoming in 2000, and was a Top 20 ranked Division 1 Wrestler. Good luck led him to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He fulfilled his internship at Gold’s Gym in North Vancouver while enjoying the beautiful city and Canadian culture. Shortly after, he acquired the highly respected Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) credentials through National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A) and moved down the North West coast and began training in Portland, Oregon, at 24 Hour Fitness. During his time working for this company he realized the corporate gyms were more concerned with numbers than with people, and on September 11, 2001, everything changed. As the World Trade Towers came crashing to the ground the manager said, “we can’t lose focus, so get our there and close your clients and get your numbers up.” Brian quit that day heartbroken on many levels. He found a new home in private gym called, Mavericks, in northwest area. Although the gym was high end, people were more down to earth and it was here that he met Stephen Brown and began his Yoga Training. In 2003, he was called back to Colorado to be closer to his family and settled in at Colorado Pro Gym. He trained young athletes and specialized in merging Eastern and Western training methods and got amazing results. During this time, he also took over head Coach position for Arvada West Youth Wrestling and was Assistant Head Coach for Arvada West High School Wrestling. Years later in 2005, he opened his own business with partners, Bob Leid and Chris Swanson. Together they created Next Level Sports and over the next seven years Brian helped guide, coach and train hundreds of young athletes and sports teams. Next Level Sports was also heavily focused in Mixed Martial Arts classes and was home of Mile High Gracie Jiu Jitsu. As his MMA Fighting career evolved he had to step down from coaching Wrestling teams and focused on private clients and his own competitive training. In 2012, after a life changing experience to Thailand for Qigong study trip, he came back to Colorado and sold his gym, his truck and moved to Chiang Mai where he lived at Jirung Health Village (Buddhist Health Resort).  After a year adventure in Thailand, Brian came back home to Colorado and has been focused on private clients, workshops and sharing his gifts with those who seek his guidance.
